My daughter really enjoyed her lesson with Nate. He shared some tricks with her that she was showing me in the car on the way home. She never does that. She left very excited to learn more!

Great teacher! The most important is that he has the knowledge AND he can teach this knowledge, pass it over to a student. It is really hard to teach a grown-up and he manages to do it.

Mr. Gallo is an outstanding teacher for brass instruments. I have played trombone for over 30 years, and he is teaching me how to improve my playing giving me a way to fight against my old little mistakes and addictions.
I strongly recommend him for any brass instrument player.

After only two lessons, I can tell hes an awesome guy with a ton of enthusiasm for music and teaching. He definitely knows what hes doing, wants to share that with his students, and took the time to learn about my goals and history with performing. Went above and beyond by sending recordings of exercises to work on at home. So excited to keep working with him.

I had never had one-on-one singing lessons before, but Joe put me at ease immediately. He was able to pick up on my abilities within the course of the first lesson, and I appreciate how he took the time to get to know me and my singing interests.

I am a professional full time Trombonist. At the same time, teaching has always been a big part of who I am – I love teaching. My music career has taken me around the world and back but more than that it has given me a wonderful tool of self expression, and for that I am forever grateful. My band performs regularly in Opera houses as well as coffee houses… Other than the Trombone I do play the Trumpet as well, and I have over 8 years of Piano under my belt.

My passion is teaching the trombone. I have started beginners, taught middle, high school, and university students. As a member of a professional orchestra for many years, I have experience performing many different styles of music and love to share my enthusiasm for the trombone with others. Lessons are rooted in a firm foundation of technique, focusing on efficient sound production and ease of playing. I love helping students reach their potential!

Professional experience performing on trombone alongside other trombone luminaries (eg. Wayne Wallace from Patois Records) dating back to 2013, and in instructing students as young as 11.
Within the first few lessons, youll know to play with a full and beautiful sound, and as time goes on youll be able to get around the instrument with confidence. I specialize in jazz (both big band and playing with a combo), and typically use the Arbans book or adaptations from Flexus to advance your progress.
I love working with students of all ages and experience levels and I cant wait to meet you!
